Jeannette (Nadeau) Bolduc
1927 - 2018
LOWELL, Mass. - Jeannette (Nadeau) Bolduc, 90, entered into eternal peace on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at The Saab Residence, in Lowell, Mass.
Jeannette was born Aug. 17, 1927, in Van Buren, Maine, the daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Rossignol) Nadeau. She lived in Maine until she and her husband relocated to Southern California in 1959. Jeannette enjoyed her many years in California, where she lived until 2008. In her later years, she lived in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, where she made her final home at The Saab Residence in Lowell.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 40 years, Raoul Bolduc. Jeannette later married Jose Castaneda and they enjoyed 18 years together. She was also predeceased by 10 of her siblings.
She is survived by her sister, Joan Page, of Westfield, Maine; and her brother, Leo Nadeau, of South Burlington, Vt. She leaves behind her four children, Sandra Bolduc, of Levittown, Pa.; Thelma Phillips (Tom), of Gilford, N.H.; Daniel Bolduc, of Easley, S.C.; and Debra Rhodes (Kevin), of Littleton, Mass. She is also survived by her stepsons, Anthony (Mary) Castaneda and Edward Castaneda; and a stepdaughter, Michelle Moran, all of California. She also leaves nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchild-ren. This coming May, she would have been delighted to become a great-great-grandmother.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at 11 a.m. at St. Anne Parish, 75 King St., Littleton, Mass. Her final resting place will be at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, Calif., next to Raoul and nearby Jose, at a later date. To share a memory or offer a condolence, visit:
