TOPSHAM -- Sgt. Corey Edwin Garver, of Topsham, a member of Bravo Company, 1/506 Infantry Regiment, Fourth Combat Infantry Brigade, 101st Airborne Division, was killed in action on June 23 near Zormat, Afghanistan, when his patrol came under fire.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, Va. On Wednesday, July 10, from noon to 2 p.m., a visitation will be held followed by interment at Arlington National Cemetery at 3 p.m.
