1938 - 2017
WEST ENFIELD - Pastor Bill rode on the Glory Train, on Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017. His loving wife Pat of 59 years, along with his daughter, son-in-law and grandson, sat with him as the train arrived.
In 1955, Bill joined the U.S. Navy and at that time he picked up the guitar and began one of the most important gifts that began a journey in his life serving his Lord.
God gave him songs to write and sing, as well as in 1984 Bill became "Pastor-Teacher" and continued this servant role until 2012.
He was predeceased by his guardian Aunt Helen, his parents, his sister Ramona and his infant daughter Terry Lee. He is survived by his wife Pat, son Richard and his wife Chandy, daughter Kathy and her husband Bryan; three grandsons, Seth and wife Amy, Joshua and wife Kela, and Caleb; and eight great-grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, at Town Line Hill Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at:
