Kenneth A. "Kenny" Fournier


WILLIAMSTOWN, N.J. - Kenneth A. "Kenny" Fournier, 62, formerly of Wilton, Maine, died peacefully on Sunday August 10, 2014 after a courageous bout with cancer.

He was born August 22, 1951 in Jay, a son of the late Leo T. and Aurore (Pelletier) Fournier. He graduated from Wilton Academy and Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle where he earned a degree in engineering.

He served in the U.S. Army for three years.

He was employed by several engineering firms in Virginia during his career.

Kenny enjoyed watching football and baseball; his favorite sport teams were the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In addition to his folks, he was predeceased by a brother, James Fournier.

He is survived by his brother, William Fournier and his companion, Linda Bolduc of Auburn; two sisters, Barbara Stevens and her husband, Lynn of Newport, VT and Jeanne Nichols and her husband, Raynold of Starks, Maine; and several nieces. His family wishes to give a special thanks to nieces Karen and Kathleen for all of the help and support they gave their uncle.
